The Longboat Key Garden Club, founded in 1969, is a non-profit social, philanthropic, eco-friendly organization. The club awards scholarships to college students studying the environment, grants to non-profit organizations involved in local environmental activities, and learning experiences through camps for local children and member-generated programs. Our goal of combining education and beautification allows the club to pursue a wide range of activites to implement a lasting impact on our local communities. Special Appeal As you know, the pandemic has made it quite challenging to run events safely and fundraise.
